went to court with lawyer, he had to be somewhere at 10 so I just went for the jury trial option...hrmm, I can't tell if he's crafty or con artsy, but he's pretty good...knew a guy that got him not guilty and here's the story: guy brings his watch in, jeweler can't fix it, guy takes another watch from stand and says he'll take that watch, jeweler gets angry and calls cops, guy beats up jeweler and smacks around cops, guy gets the not guilty verdict.
well, even if it's a bit pricey the lawyer put the spook in the usc rentacops. wish he would have told me what he wanted me to do before I got there.

on the plus side, mom showed up at court and after court took me to get a cot and sofa, computer desk and computer chair. Now I need to get the things from the thrift store into the new place, which I was able to unlock today. Some of the guys in there are shifty shifty. Oh well.

Mom also filled my gas tank up. I work today from 4-930. Then I think I'm off for a few days. Gotta get ahold of Leon to con him into letting me off for truck day next week and to let him know I can do truck day for the store up the street. Apparently after getting my heart filled a little bit back up I've gained the strength of two matthews.

Wonder how much the court reduced jame's fine to? I've got 40 bucks on me. This being poor nonsense is just jethro, when can I walk into a grocery store and buy what I need on my good looks? Even if all I'd get would be a sack of potatoes, at least that's a good sack. I could use a nap. I could bustle my hustle. I miss Tay everyday. I'm full of something, I wonder what it is.
